Spell: Isilyavannië

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Indigo
Incense of the day: Rue

In Tië eldaliéva, the Elven Path, Isilyavannië is the Moon of Yavanna and is aligned with none other than the much-loved motherly Yavanna Kementari, the Giver of Fruits. Where her sister, Vána, energetically relates to the maiden energy of new plant growth, Yavanna resonates with the maturing and ripening of fruits and the bounty of harvest. As Aulë the Smith's wife, she appears as a fair-haired woman robed in deep green, but has also been seen as a glorious tree crowned with Anar, the Sun, and golden dewdrops falling from the leaves to the ground, creating corn. To meet and honor Yavanna, light a gold or dark-green candle and visualize a green mound with a magnificent silver tree and a most beautiful golden tree. She appears and tells you the deep, beautiful stories of the Olvar, the Green-Rooted Ones, or the Plant Kingdom, that she loves so dearly. On Arda, our Earth, it is getting more difficult for the Olvar to thrive as the fires of technology suppress the green world without a care. Offer your stewardship, as the Elves once did, to learn about as well as to guard and protect their world, and the Olvar will in turn care for all of us. Come back to where you are with Yavanna's harvest for you. Then, plant a tree!
