Today in 1951, Sally Ride, the first American woman in space, was born. To realize your wildest dreams, you need a large space to move, your favorite dance music, a piece of parchment paper, and a pen with red ink to represent your passion for your dream. Wear your favorite party clothes or the clothes you will wear when your dream is realized. Write your dream on one side of your paper, using as many words as you want. Breathing deeply, read those words and bring it into your body. Fold the paper in half with the writing inside. On the blank side, write your dream in one sentence. Then fold the paper so it is as small as possible. On the top, write your dream in one word. Wear the paper next to your heart. Turn on the music and dance, knowing that your body remembers your dream. As you will it, so it will be.
