Spell: The Epulum Jovis Banquet

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

According to old Roman lore, today is the Epulum Jovis, a banquet day for a triad of deities: Juno, the protector of the Roman State; Minerva, the goddess of war, wisdom, and arts; and Jupiter, the thunder god and warrior. On this day, a big celebratory meal was held in the wake of the summer battle season. Here is a mealtime prayer to honor this triad of deities and to celebrate all the blessings you have in your life.
Under this enchanted September evening's waxing Moon,
May Juno, Minerva, and Jupiter, now hear my tune.
Please, bless my home and my family with your grace.
May we always be happy, strong, healthy, and safe.
By all the powers of three times three,
As I will it, then so must it be.
