| Poppets aren't a widely used spell method because people think they are only used to represent others. They can represent you too, and to great effect. Make a poppet to represent your own happiness. Cut the shape of a person out of a colored cloth (folded over so you cut two) that appeals to you. Sew the shapes together all around, but leave a space open for filling. Stuff your poppet with dried rose petals, lavender, calendula, St. John's wort, and basil. You may also add some rose quartz, sunstone, and fluorite if you like. Tuck in a strand of your own hair. Sew the poppet closed, then hold it against your heart, infusing it with your energy and your wishes for happiness. Set your poppet up in a special place, surrounded by items and pictures that make you happy. Now there will always be a part of you that is in a "happy place."
