Spell: Votive Healing

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Folks in the ancient world would make votive offerings to the gods asking for healing. The votives represented the body part with which the petitioner was concerned.

Make your own votive by mixing 1/2 cup salt with 1 cup flour.
Slowly add in 1/2 cup water and continue mixing.
On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough well.
If it seems too dry, add small amounts of water until it is pliable.
If it is too wet, mix in equal proportions of salt and flour.

When the dough is ready and you've cleaned up the mess, ground and center yourself. Begin shaping a small ball of dough to resemble the body part you are requesting healing. Really focus on seeing your body whole and healthy.

Leave the votive for a couple of hours to begin drying, and then carry it on your person until the next evening.

Bury it somewhere safely in the ground and walk away.
