Spin a spell on a whim today without any scripts or prewrittenmaterial. Cast a circle and call to the gods and the elements of life through song, movement, silnce, or however your heart inspires you. Take a breath. What is it you need at this moment? Begin to move and embody your desire. What does it look like? What does it taste like? Continue to move and allow the energy to build and take the form of your desire. When the energy is at its peak, send it out into the universe to manifest your intention. Offer any excess energy to the gods and to your own god-self. The Divine Mystery lives within you.
