Spell: Embracing Possibility

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Autumn is back-to-school time, and nothing suggests "possibility" like a clean stack of school supplies. Visit your local office-supply store and indulge yourself in a set of new tablets or notebooks; a fresh box of wax-scented crayons in brilliant colors; a bouquet of golden pencils; a package of multicolored gel pens; a sketchpad; scrapbooking papers; and, of course, a Pink Pearl eraser. Consider that these school supplies represent a blank slate-a fresh start as you prepare for the Autumnal Equinox. Use the tablet and sketchbook to plot out projects and ideas for the coming months. You might start a new Book of Shadows or a new journal; try using different colors of inks for different themes. Work early in the day to harness the gathering energies of the Sun and choose Wednesday-ruled by Odin-to stimulate your creative juices and firm your efforts. Say the word aloud: possibility. Possibility!
