| After suffering serious violence, a person may have trouble sleeping, finding peace of mind, or even breathing regularly. While only time and professional treatment will heal all the wounds that caused this state of fear, you can create a place that holds a mood of comfort and safety if that person lives with you or comes into a space you have regular control over. Place amethysts in each corner of a room, and spray a tea made from hops flower, valerian, and cinnamon in the space. Stand in the center of the room and chant:
Here you are safe, in protected space. In this place, dwell in grace. Repeat this spell frequently and charge the amethysts under the sun once a month. Encourage this person to seek help with the situation that has him/her living in fear, and be as compassionate and empowering as you can. |
