| Whenever you stir something on the stove or in a mixing bowl, use a wooden spoon. Draw a pentacle in the food and stir it nine times, saying: "The blessings of the mother, the strength of the father, imbue this food with love and grace to all who in good faith partake." After the final stir, add: "So mote it be." |
