Burn frankincense during this spell and, if you'd like, charge a piece of pyrite or tiger eye to carry with you. Hold the stone in your hand as you chant:
"A new day dawns, I'm glad to be
Alive and filled with energy.
I feel the sunlight filling me,
Bless me with serenity."
