Begin by cleaning the space (a regular, practical cleaning); vacuum or sweep, dust all surfaces, make the bed with clean linens.
Open any windows and allow negative energy to be dispelled. Then, burn sage in the room, and ring a bell nine times to purify the space. Light any number of candles you wish and assemble this talisman. Use a piece of white fabric and place moonstone, amethyst, quartz, and a small seashell inside. Sprinkle with dried rosemary, chamomile flowers, anise, lavender, and elderberries. Squeeze a drop of real aloe gel onto the mixture and add 3 drops of pure water. As you prepare, chant:

"Power of the silver Moon, allow your light to bless this room, to any here, bring restful sleep, sage and sound, this promise keep."

Wrap the bundle and place it under the mattress. Burn sandalwood incense and visualize peace and harmony in the room.
