Coming in from the cold, there is nothing quite so comforting as a long warm bath. Epsom salt, composed of magnesium and sulfate, has healing properties that positively affect the body, mind, and spirit.
Magnesium can be depleted from the body by stress, so soaking in Epsom salt helps to antidote this. It draws toxins from the body, soothes the nervous system, reduces physical swelling, and relaxes muscles.
Magnesium also helps to produce serotonin within the brain, a mood elevating chemical that produces calm, good feelings. This purfication bath will cleanse residual negative energy from your physical body, calm you emotionally, uplift your mental state, and clear spiritual and etheric bodies.

Purification Bath

In the tub, dissolve in hot running water:

- 2 cups of Epsom salt
- 15 drops of lavender essential oil

Slip in and soak with your eyes closed, feeling the stress ease from your body, and your spirits elevate.
