A waning moon, a new year...this is a good time for not only cleaning your physical space but clearing your emotions as well.
Use this bath spell for a fresh start and a positive outlook. First prepare an infusion of peppermint: you can simply brew a small batch of peppermint tea. Let the tea cool, or chill it if you'd like. Then prepare a bath (you can take a shower, if necessary, and wash with the infusion). Add the infusion to the bath water and, as you bathe, visualize the refreshing mint rejuvenating you. You can even add a few mint leaves to the water if you'd like. Say:

"Herbs and water on my skin
Let your magic now begin.
Fresh and clean, now renew -
Help me have a cheerful view."
