Spell: Time on Your Side Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

It is common to look back on old deeds and feel the pang of regret or even the weight of guilt for what was done. This saps vital energy and continues a cycle that feeds the incident beyond its original effect. Often time and ego allow those moments of shame to become mountains, preventing forward growth.
Hold a winding watch in your right hand, as it is connected to your left brain or ego. This will focus the guilty feelings. Using your left hand, wind the watch backward as you remember the incident. If you can recall the approximate time of day the incident occurred, even better.
But the process of rewinding while focusing on the moment is all that is required. When you feel the weight lifted, breathe three times across the surface of the watch to dispel the energy and wind the watch forward to the present time.
