Like water and air, our lives feel healthy and invigorating when we're aligned with natural movement and flow. When our lives feel stagnant or stuck in any area, often all we need to get the energy moving is a fresh perspective.
Good news: there is perhaps no better time to infuse our perspectives with freshness than at the Aquarius new moon, which is associated with unconventional ideas, ingenious inventions, and creative solutions.
To celebrate this moon, shake things up, and get in alignment with the most ideal, blessing-filled life flow possible, make a rattle out of a metal salt and pepper shaker and some dried white beans (or use a rattle you already have). Now move around each area and room of your house in a counterclockwise direction shaking the rattle loudly, taking precuations not to scare your animal friends. Then shake the rattle loudly around yourself and anyone else who'd like to participate. Next ring a chime or bell in a similar way, moving clockwise this time in each room and area before you ring it around yoruself and any other participants.
Conclude by holding your arms wide and chanting:

"I welcome in the dawning moon.
I sing and dance to my own tune.
My mind contains the whole world wide,
And I sail along the blessings tide."
