The ful moon is a time when the body absorbs anything we take in more fully than at any other time; similarly, the new moon is the ultimate time for the body to detoxify. As the moon waxes and wanes, the body absorbs or detoxifies in equal measure.
To make the most of this spring full moon, try this spell for weight loss. Prepare a light, simple meal of healthy food. Sit where you can see the full moon through your window.
As you eat, visualize your body being nourished. Eat slowly and be aware that you feel satisfied. Each night as the moon wanes, eat a light, healthy dinner, and picture your body growing smaller as the moon does. You can repeat this spell every moon cycle.
