Spell: Spider Weaver Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

The first reaction many people have when they find a spider in their home is to squish it. Spiders are powerful totems. They are a symbol of the creation of life itself and also a representation of communication and connection to all things. A spider can help you weave your destiny.
If you find a lone spider in your home, catch it under a glass and carefully slide a piece of cardstock under the glass so you can carry it outside. Before you release it into your garden or a nearby tree or bush, whisper to it:

"Spider friend, you'll be happier here,
I release you here without fear.
As your weaving starts to spread,
Please weave this wish into your web."

Let the spider free. As you watch it, whisper a big goal you're trying to reach to the spider. As you work toward your goal, rest assured that your new friend will be working on your behalf!
