| Make the entire day today a ritual of self-care. With Mercury in retrograde, not a lot of spellwork can be accomplished, and computers will be buggy. So why not take the day off and just follow your instincts? Unplug your phone, turn off your cell. Get off those social media sites and take a day off to reconnect with yourself without an electronic device stuck to your brain. Go "camping" in your own home by unplugging whatever you can. We should do so anyway, with many devices, when they're not in use, as they use energy even while off.
Tell your friends and family you're not available, and then, do whatever your heart desires. Take a long bath, do artwork, or read a book. Take a long walk somewhere particularly special or beautiful, light candles ... honor and celebrate you! As you go to sleep tonight, thank your gods and yourself for how special and wonderful you are. |
