| Unnecessary minor ailments can be a bother. To avoid them, cast a circle and place yourself at the center. Light some jasmine oil or incense and visualize yourself rising into a violet, perfumed sphere. As you do so, let yourself feel emotional, and let your mind turn to nostalgia and to recollection. Before you drift away, light some frankincense oil or incense and rise up again until you reach a solar sphere, burning away trivial concerns and emotional bonds. Feel yourself purged of small-minded subjectivity as you abide here. Now light some sweet almond oil or incense. Rise up yet further, your personality stepping aside, your higher self stepping in. Attune yourself to this greater perspective. Ask that you remain in communion with this higher aspect of yourself. Unnecessary minor ailments should soon cease. |
