Spell A Day
Spell Date: Sunday, March 18, 2001
Run down? Try this spell. First, wrap a few teaspoons each of dried or fresh bay leaves, rosemary, and thyme in a square of material such as cheesecloth and tie to the hot tap on your bathtub. Run a bath through it, strip, add some salt and visualize the water glowing white, the steam cleansing your aura. Now add several drops of rosemary oil, picturing it in green and red fortifying your aura against interloping bacteria. Finally, add the ginseng, saying: “I am wholly fortified against all ill.” Imagine an outwardly permeable bubble of protection surrounding you, your antibodies like watchmen alert to any impostors. Treat yourself to a cup of cocoa or milk in bed, and have an early night.
