| If you ever need a kick in the pants to get something done, try this. You will need a symbol of an acorn (or an actual large acorn) and some rosemary oil. Before a lit red candle, anoint the acorn in three sets of three. With each anointing, say something such as "I will start my work and get it finished or I will get _____ finished."
From then on out, simply set the acorn somewhere near you on your work surface and use it as a reminder to keep focused and on task. If motivation is needed for something more active than desk work, try to find an acorn charm and wear it when you need that extra kick. |
