Spell: New Year's Eve Spiritual Spritz

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Many Peruvian people take part in a New Year's Eve tradition that entails visiting a shaman to have a technique called spritzing performed on them. Spritzing entails the spraying, from a shaman's mouth, of a sacred infusion or holy water for various purposes, including honoring spirits, cleansing, protection, healing, or removing heavy or detrimental energies. On New Year's Eve, the shaman traditionally uses a chamomile infusion to spritz the person, with the intention of warding off evil spirits in the new year.
To spritz the traditional way, while extremely effective, takes great practice. But have no fear, you can use a spray bottle! Simply steep a few chamomile tea bags in boiling water and let the infusion cool to room temperature. Fill your bottle with it, and spritz yourself, or exchange spritzes with a loved one, to assist in warding off less admirable energies and entities in the coming year.
