Spell: Sunrise Violet Protection Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

The violet is a faerie flower, and as we are in a waning moon phase, today's protection spell is perfectly timed. At sunrise, gather some violets from your yard, leaving a small offering to the nature spirits afterward. A little bird food will do the trick nicely. Then tuck the violets into a small glass of water or a tiny vase. Set these in a place of prominence in your home. Now hold your hands out over the flowers, and repeat the following flower fascination:

"Violets, when gently at dawn they are plucked,
Do have the power to remove bad luck.
May the waning moon banish negativity from here,
While this faerie flower brings safety to those I hold dear.
I thank the faeries for their help with this charm,
This magick will unfold without trick or harm."

When the flowers fade, return them neatly to nature.
