| If someone you know is overcome with anguish, take a good look at the Ten of Swords card from your favorite tarot deck. Now visualize the anguished person facedown on the ground, ten swords jutting from their back, as in the card. Imagine the Sun beginning to rise over the scene. Its light illuminates the swords and reveals the source of each of them. Use your energy to pull each sword from the body of the suffering person. As each is removed, send a ray of healing light to the wound. Do not move on until the damage has been cauterized by light and healed. Now direct healing energy at the figure. Make the figure get up and walk toward the sunrise. |
