| For this spell, you will need some thyme (fresh or dried), a small square of red cotton cloth, and a length of red string or yarn. When the sun is at its highest, go outside and tie the thyme into the red cloth. Hold the amulet first to your head, then to your mouth, and then to your heart. As you do, say:
"From the thoughts of my mind, To the words of my mouth, To the desires of my heart, May I be strong in thought, word, and deed." Put the amulet under your pillow at night, and let it rest in the sunlight during the day (on a windowsill or other place where it catches the light of the sun to recharge it) as long as you feel the need for extra energy. |
