| During August's blazing heat, it's easy to feel like summer will last forever. We don't notice the days growing shorter, the nights getting cooler, and the winds blowing stronger. Change is subtle and may register first in our spirit as an irksome feeling of dis-ease. While the sun shines bright and warm, acknowledge this "cooling" feeling. Embrace change. Wrap wellness and warmth around you, and prepare for what is to come. Envision yourself wrapped in a bright blanket of sunlight. Draw this warm cloak close, and walk confidently into the future. Chant:
"All is well, I'm safe and secure. All is well, I'm healthy and nurtured. All is well, I'm guided and protected. All is well, I'm loved and accepted.
