| It's Samhain, so the veil between the worlds is thin. Plus, the moon is in Scorpio, so it's the ideal time to gaze into your own depths, to mine for fears, and to unlock the power that they contain.
When you're alone, after dark, light a black candle. Gaze into the flame as you relax your body and let your eyes go out of focus. Allow any deep-seated fears to come to the surface, letting yourself feel them and embrace them as fully as possible. Really conjure up the feeling of wanting to feel the fear. Send your fears into the flame to be transmuted and transformed into power, excitement, and energy. Visualize a flame around yourself as you continue to burn away any stagnant or disempowered energy surrounding your fears. Blow out the candle. Feel powerful, grounded, and safe as you let the darkness permeate your inner and outer being. |
