Find a comfortable position, and dab some diluted lavender oil on your third eye. Breathe deeply and enter into a meditative state. Look ahead into your future. First impressions are important. Don't force thoughts; let them come to you. Your friends and family are gathered together. People may be missing, but you can't distinguish who. The future changes; nothing is set in stone. How are people reacting? Heavily mourning? Celebrating your life? Are they upset or at peace? Is there unfinished business? What are they saying? Is this how you want to be remembered? Can you change it if you want to? If you don't have a will, get one, and include funeral arrangements. Prepare for your future both legally and emotionally by asking the simple question "How do I want to be remembered?" |
