Spell: Destroy a Bad Habit Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

This spell uses the power of a July thunderstorm to help destroy a bad habit. If you know that a thunderstorm is approaching, gather these spell materials:

* A sheet of paper
* A pen
* A flowerpot or an old dish
* Some garden soil

Write your habit on the paper. Crumple the paper and tear it up. Then place the torn-up paper in the flowerpot or dish. Cover the paper with a layer of the soil. As the storm moves in closer, place the flowerpot or dish outside in an open area. Let the power of nature do the work for you.

After the storm, the soil in your flowerpot or dish should be muddy. Take the pot or dish to a secluded spot. Now you may simply dump the mud and paper on the ground, bury it, or put it in a compost pile. The habit will fade.
