If you find yourself in an argument, dispute, or otherwise disagreeable situation with another person, simply write their name on one side of a piece of paper and your name on the reverse.

Put this paper in a small self-sealing bag and add water, filling it enough to cover the paper. While doing this, say:

By the power of water, we
invoke empathy between us.

Add a handful of sugar to the water. While doing this, say:

By the power of sugar, we
invoke sweetness between us.

Seal the bag and put it in the back of your freezer. While doing this, say:

By the power of ice, we invoke
chill vibes between us.

Once you feel resolution has occurred with this person, toss the frozen bag in a public trash receptacle so it can be buried in the landfill, thereby offering the spell to the earth with gratitude.
