POSTED UNDER Earth, Water

Spell: Bury It

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Sometimes we need to recognize what no longer serves us and give that energy back to the earth so we can start fresh. For this spell you will need a flat rock, a marker, and possibly a shovel or trowel for digging so you can bury your rock. Start by writing down whatever you want to cast out of your life on your rock.

Your writing doesn’t have to be specific, but as you write, imagine exactly what it is you wish to rid yourself of. After you have made your inscription, push that energy of what you’re getting rid of into the rock.

Now bury your rock in a spot where it won’t be disturbed. As you do this, ask the earth to take away the unwanted energy. As an alternative to burying your rock, you can also throw it into a body of water.
