Spell: Exfoliation Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Sometimes extra cleansing is needed and our regular routine just won’t cut it. For this spell you will need a quarter cup of salt (sea salt is ideal, but any salt will do) and a tablespoon of olive oil.

Mix the ingredients in a small bowl. Take three deep breaths and then use the first two fingers of your dominant hand to draw a pentacle in the mixture. Focus on clearing out stuck energy and cleansing power. Repeat this process three times.

Take the mixture into the shower, keeping it out of the spray of water. Wash your body as you normally do. When complete, use the salt and oil to exfoliate your skin. Make sure you get behind your knees, the bottoms of your feet, the bottom of your spine, and the back of your neck.

Rinse off with water as hot as you can handle and then turn the water all the way to cold once you are fully rinsed off.
