Spell: Balancing Mind, Body & Spirit

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Here we are in the midst of Vernal Equinox vibrations! Newness is growing all around us and, naturally, also within us. To both honor and take witchy advantage of the energies afoot, perform the following exercise alone or with a friend or group. Take an unfertilized egg from a humanely raised and free-range chicken or other bird. Rub this all over your body (or assist others if appropriate), imagining your accrued astral "muck" entering the egg(s).

While rubbing with the egg(s), whisper the following as many times as you'd like:

Muck and junk now must flee;
enter this egg, so mote it be.

Holding the egg in your right hand, see it surrounded by toxic-looking energy. Visualize additional astral detritus entering and surrounding it.

Finish by forcefully throwing the egg(s) at a tree, shouting,"Be gone!" Then walk away without looking back.
