| If you have a big job coming up, and need a little more energy to meet a tough deadline, take a Pine Power-Bath. To start, add a few fresh sprigs of pine to a warm bath. For extra power, add a handful of fresh honeysuckle flowers. Or use pine or honeysuckle-scented soap. As you ease into the warm water, breathe in the fragrant aroma and say softly, so that only you can hear: "Grant me the strength and endurance to see the job through." Repeat three times before you get out of the tub. |
