When starting up a new coven, have each member bring a sacred tool to bless by saying:

Great Mother, bless this tool. Let us use it with wisdom on each Full Moon and in the dark of night. With our hearts and our minds, may we work united in this coven that we dedicate ourselves.

After the blessing, light candles and place them in a circle. Focus energy to light the coven's path. Each year on the coven's anniversary, light new candles from the wicks of the old.
