| With the energy of the full moon just barely behind us, this is a good time to think about the self you truly are and wish to be. Take some time to sit in meditation with a crystal suitable for programming. Into this crystal, project your ideal self, your ideal life. Allow yourself to dream big, and do not censor yourself. Next, take a skein of soft yarn and wrap the crystal round and round, round and round, until you're trancy. Then, each night until the moon is new, unwrap a portion of the thread while chanting:
"My truest, most real self is emerging. My highest, most ideal self becomes." When the moon is new, the crystal should be fully "emerged," as should you. Keep the crystal in a pocket or medicine bag to help project the energies of your new self wherever you go. |
