Take a little time today to change your environment. The winter months find us storing things that we really have no use for, so get rid of them. Make space for things that fulfill you. Once you get your physical space cleared, cleanse your home. Create a spray with a little sage and spearmint oil mixed with water. As you walk about your home spritzing the rooms, say: "I cleanse this home of the negative so I can welcome change." The sage will cleanse the space of any negativity, and the spearmint will help with prosperity and protection. |
