| Many people, by Wednesday, midweek, are dealing with some stressful and frustrating situations that have developed and whose circumstances they'd like to help change. Wednesday has both Mercurial associations and connections to the Norse god Odin. Odin is credited with being gifted the knowledge of the runes while he was hanging voluntarily from a branch of Yggdrasil (the World Tree). Let us call upon Odin's wisdom and Mercury's sharpened energy for communication and focus! Draw three runes as a simple divination to ask for advice on how you might change the circumstances of a situation currently causing you frustration. If you have a set of runes, use those. If you do not, simply draw the runes on slips of paper and pull them from a bowl or container. You can journal about the results and your interpretations; you may gain more insight into their meaning as the day goes on. |
