| A long time ago a friend of mine said she had a "wish box." She would cut out magazine photos of the things she wished for, such as a new house and furniture, and place them in a pretty box.
Recognizing the magical significance of this, I created what I call a "spell box." All you need to do is get a box; shoe boxes and hat boxes work great. Give the box a spiritual cleansing, perhaps by smudging with sage. Then decorate the box as you wish and fill with photos of what you want most. Use these photos on your altar as you do spellwork to obtain your wishes. Keep your spell materials in the box as your spells are working. When your wishes manifest, remove old photos and spell materials from the spell box. Spiritually clean your box occasionally. |
